Like in most of his films, he lets his kicks do the talking and his flips do the emoting as he hops over his opponents and slips through tiny gaps. Vidyut Jammwal, known for his inflated muscles and deflated facial expressions, is rather unobjectionable here. And much like Abbas Mustan meets Rohit Shetty, this recipe for disproportionate collateral damage trails along predictably, has a dozen loopholes in the plot and folds up with a few revelations and fewer thrills. ![]() But this mission is pickled with deceit and features a seductive manipulator and an agent whose sole motive of embarking on the mission is to hit the airport’s duty-free store. The team includes former commando and special unit agent Karan ( Vidyut Jammwal), encounter specialist inspector Bhawna Reddy ( Adah Sharma), bespectacled IT expert Zafar (Sumit Gulati) and no-nonsense poker-faced ACP Bhaktawar ( Freddy Daruwala). A special team is assembled to escort infamous launderer of black money, Vickey Chaddha back to the country from Malaysia where he’s arrested and restricted to a safe house. Probably the first film to respond to the PM’s demonetisation drive, this one hopes to explore the ramifications of witch-hunting those involved in transferring unaccounted money across the world. ![]()
